'It's not unmanly' to talk about mental health, physician says

Ahead of Father’s Day, Northern Virginia internal medicine physician, Dr. Jason Singh has some tips for dads when it comes to prioritizing health. The father of three says there are small changes that can make a difference.

“Father’s Day is an opportunity to self-care for all dads and there’s no better way to self-care than by coming to see your doctor,” said Dr. Singh of Kaiser Permanente.
